Retail stocks have performed well this month with the XRT up about 4% for December but up about $10 dollars since the start of November. We are in a long cup and handle pattern on the 5 month chart here with a key breakout of $68 area for a possible run at $70s. A cup and handle is fairly bullish and with holiday season upon us, I like 🔐 and 🔐.
