Here’s an excerpt from his email this morning on WHY and HOW he traded AAPL:

AAPL had bad news which created a dip on a good day in the market. I played the 10-day EMA selling the $195, when it was trading at $195.10, and buying the $192.50. When it bounced into the $196’s I locked it up. The reason I was so close to the price on AAPL is because of the low ATR which is $2.71. The previous close was $197.57 and I entered when it was at $195.10 or down $2.40 on the day. My thinking at the time was there’s little chance of AAPL falling more than an ATR Monday so that made entry so close to price safer.  

He then HOW and WHY he made a new great on 🔐 (locked, for SAJ members only), and his strategy to trade that going into the week’s end. 

He is also watching a number of stocks for new entries, and what he’s looking at in terms of entries.
