Hey Folks - Jeff Bishop here. 

What a busy start to the year! How about you? I’m thankful for the weekends!

A bit of review – on Friday my Pick of the DAY in Bullseye Unlimited was Calls on COIN.

Not too shabby!

I wanted to note that I just bought the stock (and not the options) and was up quite nicely within an hour. Here’s a screenshot (also included GEV as we’ve been trading that a lot in the Alpha Chamber as well) and that’s doing awesome:

I also went over my trading reflections for 2024 and goals for 2025 live with my members this week.  Overall, 2024 was a pretty good year but could have been much better if I avoided day-trading the QQQs 🤮.  

Here are some of my notes from that session:

Trading Reflections

I want to start adding smaller stocks with no options - just buying the stock (like the recent Bullseye for SATX or how I played COIN).

My goal is to hold them a little longer → Selling some into rips, but holding out for bigger gains.

I feel like I missed a lot of much bigger moves because I sold things too early.  I got excited about the win but could have done a lot better if I exercised a little more patience.

Overall I would like there to be more duck feeding, too.  (You know, selling a little on the way UP??)

And… No “hiney/hinney bites,” right Tim & Richard?  That is, taking a big loss after it was a big win. 

As I said but worth repeating, I’m also DONE daytrading the QQQs in 2025.  I did much better in 2024 focusing on trading single stocks.

So SPANK ME if you see me dabbling back in the QQQ day trades!  (though I am pretty good at swing trading this over a few days)

One thing I’m continuing is my live trading with members as much as my schedule allows - which will soon be part of Black Label Trades. 

This has been a great community for me and I have enjoyed battling the Market in there together with everyone!

These are a few of the reflections/goals I’ve been mulling over.  What about you?
