META holy crap!

Made up for big TSLA drop... that later bounced 🎉

This day was a FRENZY! Flurry of wild trading action right at the open.

TSLA was my Pick of the Day. It ran away right at the open so…

I shifted to META which was #1 on my hotlist, and you can see I had it as my “backup idea” in today’s email to members…

Then, when I saw the morning dip, I knew it was a great opportunity start nibbling on the options I wanted. So, I shared this in my live chart room with members…

For me, that was a lightning-quick $6000 in my pocket.*

I knew if I let that go, my wife would kill me, so I cashed that in!

Members were thrilled too, of course…

Yes Lars yes… a little too early for Cowboys jabs though.

But it you held longer… META calls $8 to $20 in about 5 minutes!!!

Dammit I should have held longer…

I also had great exits on GEV this morning (also too early it turned out), NNE and VST.

But nice to lock in winners when you can…

TSLA came back down from the opening run so I got in on the dip at 9:40.

Yes it went lower.. stalked it… waited for reversal… didn’t last… kept dropping lower and lower...

Had to stop out with a loss.

The Bears 🧸won that one.

That’s how it goes - nice to have locked in some early winners and cut my loss on TSLA early so I have time to regroup and rebuy if the trade shapes up again.

Which I did…

Bought near the low here and it made a nice recovery…

I was able to recover my initial losses and actually make a few bucks back.

SO yeah… trading is NOT for the faint of heart.

Biggest lesson here - Be cognizant of STOPS.

Keep those losses tight and wait for a better opportunity to get back in a trade you like when it’s looking better.

2nd biggest lesson: Be cognizant of the QQQs.

I use the QQQs as an indicator. Know what’s happening with the QQQs at all times.
